Virtual Initial Consultation (required)

Our Virtual Initial Consultation is the foundational first step in working with Blue Ova. This session is designed to dive deep into your health story and begin building a thoughtful, customized treatment plan that supports your unique goals.

During your appointment, we will:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of your health history, including any relevant lab work or diagnostics

• Discuss your current concerns, answer questions, and clarify your goals

• Create a tailored treatment plan, which may include:

  • Custom herbal formulas and nutritional supplement prescriptions (available for online purchase)

  • Targeted bloodwork orders (if applicable)

  • Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations you can start right away

  • A personalized acupuncture treatment plan

Appointment Length:

• ~45 minutes for Fertility and Breech clients

• ~30 minutes for all other health concerns

You’ll be asked to complete a new patient health history form prior to your appointment. This will be emailed to you after booking.

Consultations are available by phone or secure video, using our HIPAA-compliant web platform — your choice.

Follow-up Acupuncture

Your personalized healing continues here.

After completing your Virtual Initial Consultation, you’ll be ready to begin in-person acupuncture sessions. These can be scheduled for the same day as your consult or at a later date—whichever works best for you.

What to Expect

Each 45-minute session includes:

• A brief check-in with your acupuncturist

• A Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis

• A full acupuncture treatment tailored to your evolving needs

  Our practitioners are known for their gentle, skilled needling technique—most clients describe their treatments as deeply relaxing and entirely painless.

  What to Wear

  Please come in loose, comfortable, and warm clothing, which helps minimize the need to remove garments during your session.

  We’re here to support your body’s healing—every step of the way.

Monthly Evaluations

Stay aligned, supported, and progressing with purpose.

As part of the Blue Ova Method, we recommend Monthly Evaluations with our Clinical Director to help you stay on track with your wellness goals.

These 60-minute sessions are offered at the standard follow-up rate and are designed to:

• Review your progress and symptoms

• Adjust your treatment plan as needed

• Provide deeper insight and continued support

You can choose to meet in-person with acupuncture or virtually, depending on your preference.

Regular check-ins ensure your care evolves with you—and that you’re always moving forward with confidence.
