Insurance

We are out-of-network with insurance. If you have a PPO or POS plan, you likely have either partial or full out-of-network coverage. To find out, contact your insurance and ask if they cover “out-of-network acupuncture”.

Upon request, we can provide you with a coded insurance receipt (superbill) for you to submit to insurance for direct reimbursement to you.


Cancellation Policy

48 hours. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for their full appointment price.

COVID-19 Update: If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please call our office and we will help you cancel and waive fee.


Fees

All our rates are available to view on our booking site. We also offer pre-paid packages in 3, 5, 10, 20 and 32 sessions. Packages support in bringing the cost down. Please contact our office to request information on packages.
