Aimee McNally is a CMT in CA and NY, certified in Pre/Postnatal massage, and a part-time Birth Doula. She's also certified in Pediatric Massage and Preemie Touch Therapy, working with children in palliative care as well as newborns in the neonatal ICU, and trained in Hospital-Based Massage for the Seriously Ill through the Hertzberg Palliative Care Institute. She is a graduate from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences and has a BA in Psychology and Dance from the University of Oregon.
Aimee moved from NYC (Brooklyn) and is excited to call the bay her new home. Back in NY, she was the first Pediatric Massage Therapist in palliative care at Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital and is now at the new UCSF Medical Center Benioff Children’s Hospital on the pediatric team. She was the Pre/Postnatal LMT in Labor & Delivery at Mount Sinai Women's Center for moms with high risk diagnoses and on the Integrative Health Team at NYU Clinical Cancer Center seeing patients in chemo treatment. On top of her own private practice, she was a clinical volunteer at both Mount Sinai Dubin Breast Center and Montefiore Children’s Hospital. Other career opportunities include the Martha Graham Dance Company, the ING NYC Marathon and yoga retreats abroad.
Combining her years of professional dance training, kinetic awareness, compassion for prenatal and pediatric care, along with her genuine nature for others well-being, Aimee finds sincere harmony in creating a foundation of healing and balance through her work. Her enthusiasm thrives in this field of therapeutic touch, specifically working with hospitalized children has redefined what it truly means to exist. Children heal our souls.
